N.B PULSE DOSE is not the same dose as CONTINUOUS FLOW
i.e. two pulse dose is not the same as two lit continuous flow. However, it is usually possible to set pulse dose to closely approximate continuous flow by following the GOLD standard – pulse dose setting should be individually determined for each patient by titrating the settings for each patient’s needs; at rest, exercising and performing common activities.
